Welcome to Guiones beach in Nosara Costa Rica. L´Acqua Viva Resort and Spa is located on Guiones Beach Nosara, a community of nature lovers that offers a lovely setting to satisfy the clients, balancing creative envergies in the midst of nature.

The hotel has an authentic Bali-style architecture that harmonizes exclusive decor fused with different elements from around the world, creating a fine and comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the tropics. All spaces in the hotel will surprise the guests with curiously chosen art pieces, beloning to a private collection.

Deluxe room. All 16 deluxe rooms at L´acqua Viva Resort and Spa, have an area of 47 square meters. Some of these rooms are furbished with a queen bed, others with a king. All come with A/C, minibar, satellite TV, LCD screens of 26¨, safeboxes, space for suitcases, hairdryer, coffeemaker, desks and reading lamps.

Suites. The hotel has 10 individual units distributed over the property. Each unit has a total surface of 104 square meters. Each unit has a livingroom on the first floor. The living room is furbished with two beds that function as large seats during the day and comfortable beds at night. One tv screen is installed on the same floor. The principal bedroom and shower form a spiral that can be found on the second floor. The room has a kind bed and a tv screen. All rooms have A/C, minibar, satellite tv, LCD screens, safebox, places to store luggage, hairdryer, coffeemaker, desk and reading lights.

Master Suites. The 6 master suites at the L´acqua Viva Resort and Spa can be found around the pool area. The individual units are larger than the regular suites and in total have 109 square feet. These bungalows are also furbished with two beds and a LCD screen as well as mini bar and coffee maker on the first floor. The second floor has a king bed and spiral shower to create a unique ambience. All come with A/C, mini bar, satellite television, LCD screen, safebox, place for luggage, hair dryer, coffeemaker, desk and reading lamps.

Villas Junior. Each one of the Junior villas have a total surface of 157 square feet. The first floor has a living room and kitchen area. The Villas are fully equipped with kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, all you need in a kitchen. The principal bedroom has a kingbed, seats and a furbished balcony that can be found on the second floor. All come with A/C, minibar, satellite TV, LCD screens, safebox, place to store luggage, hairdryer, coffeemaker, desk and reading lamps. Minimum stay: 6 nights.

Villa Presidencial. The presidential villa at the resort is located close to the pool area and is surrounded by primary forest. The villa has a total surface of 229 square meters. On the first floor, the guests can enjoy the living room and TV room, both furbished with comfortable designer seats. The fully equipped kitchen and dining space can also be found on this floor. The two principal bedrooms have their own private bathroom, closet, king bed, desk and balcony and are located on the second floor. All come with A/C, minibar, satellite TV, LCD screens, safebox, space for luggage, hairdryer, coffeemaker, desk and reading lights. Minimum stay: 6 nights
