The warm waters and world class waves in Tamarindo Bay do not just attract surfers from all over the world, but is also a great place to learn how to surf.

Enjoy the waves of Tamarindo Beach with a surfclass of 2 hours which include surfboard, guard rash (surf shirt) and a professional instructor with endless patience to teach you how to surf.

After your surf classes, there will be free time to try out our local cuisine or seafood in one of the many excellent restaurants of Tamarindo, or simply walk around to visit the many shops and souvenir stands on this famous beach.

Wednesday, Friday and Sunday:

Travel time: 1 hour and 30 minutes each way from Península de Papagayo , 30 minutes from Flamingo or Tamarindo

Departure times in the morning: Potrero 8:15 am / 8:30 am Flamingo / Conchal 8:40 am / 8:30 am Pinilla

Departure times in the afternoon: Potrero 12:00 pm / Flamingo 12:15 pm / Conchal 12:30 pm / Pinilla 12:30 pm

Level: Moderate.

What to bring: Swim suit, sunblock, towel, comfortable shoes, hat, extra set of clothes (if desired), camera, sandals, sunglasses and money (for tips and souvenirs).
